Hey there! You who are reading this first post, I cannot express my excitement. Some of you might be friends, past colleagues, or people who randomly stumbled upon the website. This is my baby and it is ready to fly, to go on its own journey and evolve through time. I have been working on it for years. First as an idea, and slowly developing it in my head. I postponed so many times the launch of the website. First because I did not want it to make it official. I was scared of being exposed, having to brand my work. But mainly because I am a perfectionist and I always want to have control over everything. It has taken so long that friends still joke about it. But I work on my own pace, and I do not regret that. Ideas need to mature, and when you feel ready you know it. So now the time has come.

I will be uploading recipes weekly on here- in the Recipes section. Recipes that I have cooked throughout the past years, photographed, cooked for friends, recipes I love and want to share with everyone. I am in the process of developing my skills in photography and food styling and discover this new field. I have been working as a food stylist and photographer with brands for the past year or so. And it is an exciting process. I cook for clients every now and then as a private chef but have been doing it selectively. I am interested in the art of food and its expression. I cannot wait to get my hands dirty and start working on all these ideas I have in my head and need to get out. As time passes I will be sharing the projects I am working on and their progress.



* I want to make a dedication to all my Architecture and non-Architecture friends from Bath and Delft. They have highly affected me in the way I have grown as a person the past decade. Paula, Myrsini, Korina, Anastasia D., Leda, Maria, Anastasia L., my studio family Mat, Martha, Nat, Luis, Claudia, Felicia. Arisa, Will, Jack, Jon, Chris. My housemates Fabio, Suzanne, Christina. And my Delft crew Nuci, Vasiliki, Tanti, Suzi, Charlotte, Chiara, Gio, Manfredi, Alessandra, Francesco, Etienne, Nasim, Georgia. You are all so great and inspiring people!
