In collaboration with visual artist and friend Christianna Economou (https://www.chrieco.com/) we organized a mid-week gettogether in Athenian members club Salon de Bricolage. Christianna presented a fragment of her new work, inspired by Greek Tradition and customs, linking past and present and #thefoodarchitect prepared finger food inspired by the 60’s Athenian cuisine and lifestyle. Choux with shrimps, Choux with Roquefort cream and vol au vents with chicken, mushrooms and light béchamel were some of the finger food served during the cocktail party. Jazz live music accompanied the night which ended up being a feast for the senses with many friends joining us, making it a very successful night.
