October 7, 2019Patmos 360 hosts weekly workshops focused on wellbeing through a wide range of practices. The retreats accommodate up to 8 people and aims to detox, purify and rejuvenate body and mind through morning and evening iyengar yoga sessions and reiki therapies. Organized and curated by my friend, and fellow Patmian, Chloe Athanasopoulou, Chloe runs the family business and hosts every season several retreats. We collaborated on one of the end of summer retreats, where together with Φ Food Path who provided us with a large amount of ingredients, I designed a well thought vegan menu (with a few vegetarian options) for the whole week of the retreat. The energy drink and snack were served before the morning yoga at around 7.00 am and breakfast was served at around 9. Almost every morning there was a different smoothie or juice, fresh fruit and an energy porridge or chia seeds pudding. Lunch was served at around 14.00 and some dishes prepared were stuffed tomatoes, potato salad, lentil salad, and grilled vegetables. After the afternoon practices and yoga, there was a small snack and dinner was served at around 20.30. Raw tomato tart, kale pesto, tabbouleh salad and chickpeas soup were some of the dinner plates.
