November 11, 2019I was asked to develop 4 recipes and do the styling and photography of the recipes. It was challenging to try and incorporate the beer in the recipes rather than having the beer just accompanying some dishes. It was also interesting trying to keep my style but adapting it to the client’s product and needs. The pictures were intended to be used in social media. The four recipes I prepared was an octopus carpaccio soaked in beer and a beer based bread, Grilled haloumi with a carrot and peach puree with beer, a Niçoise salad and finally fried zucchini that were dipped in a beer based batter. The motto of the client was ‘Joie de bière’ and the recipes should be refreshing, suitable for summer and well matched with the product.
